ARNE is an apparel and footwear brand/retailer seeking a Senior Apparel Designer to lead the design and development of new products across all of our ranges. As a key member of our design team, you will work closely with the Head of Design & Buying and Co-Founder to develop the ARNE brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creative direction and design aesthetic for all product ranges.
  • Continuously improve product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new product ranges that align with the brand identity and market trends.
  • Research and analyse current market trends to improve designs.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and product development team to ensure timely and budget-friendly product delivery.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the wider team and external manufacturers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fashion design.
  • Ability to design across multiple product categories.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience managing a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
