Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head of OD and Culture in designing and delivering training and wellbeing interventions to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
* Manage the Learning Management System to ensure seamless access and completion of statutory and mandatory learning for all colleagues.
* Build and maintain relationships across the organisation to identify skill gaps and development needs, and provide tailored support to front-line colleagues.
* Contribute to the improvement of employee performance and the development of a strong learning and development culture, leading to better patient outcomes.
About You:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
* Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and external partners
* Experience in facilitating and delivering training sessions
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* UK driving licence advantageous but not essential
