### About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Drainage Engineer to join our Flood and Water Management team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing drainage strategies, modeling and reviewing existing drainage networks, and undertaking flood risk assessments.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and agree drainage strategies with stakeholders
* Model and review existing drainage networks to identify areas for improvement
* Conduct flood risk assessments and determine effective solutions
* Design and implement SuDs (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems) from concept to implementation
* Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards

### Requirements:

* Proven experience in drainage engineering, with a focus on local authority and private sector projects
* Strong knowledge of highways, public realm, and civil engineering principles
* Excellent communication and project management skills
