About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Supervisor - Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of school facilities, including cleaning, repairs, and minor construction projects.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Develop and implement procedures for waste management, recycling, and energy conservation.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient school operation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including COSHH and risk assessment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
