About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Trostan Dene Ltd. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly management accounts and financial reports to provide insightful and timely information to the board.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and financial management.
  • Conduct margin analysis and variance analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, banks, auditors, and insurance providers.
  • Support the business with financial strategy and decision-making processes, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified with significant experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and modern IT systems.
  • Diligent and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
