Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Visiting Care Companion. As a Visiting Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, engaging clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and relaxation.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, ensuring timely interventions and referrals as needed.

Requirements

  • Kind, caring, and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
  • Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license (if applicable).
