Digital Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Oxford University Innovation. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy to showcase our innovation excellence and impact.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience in managing digital platforms, social media, and CRM software. You will be responsible for day-to-day management of our website, Dynamics 365 marketing applications, and other digital platforms. You will also work closely with our marketing and communications team, wider business units, and external stakeholders to develop and maintain our digital platform for marketing and communications purposes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement our digital marketing strategy to showcase our innovation excellence and impact.
- Manage our website, Dynamics 365 marketing applications, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with our marketing and communications team, wider business units, and external stakeholders to develop and maintain our digital platform.
- Coordinate and develop digital tools and approaches to enhance our digital presence.
- Measure our performance and provide insights to bring to life our key messages, services, people, and stories.
- Support colleagues to utilise our digital platforms for marketing purposes.
- Manage activities within budget and using an organised project management approach to collaborate with colleagues internally and externally to deliver key projects and campaigns on time.
- Experience in managing digital platforms, social media, and CRM software.
- Strong technical and data-driven ability with a broad understanding of software and systems to build our SEO, UX journey, and platform optimisation.
- Experience using CRM software and be proficient at working within and developing relevant marketing dashboards and reports to answer specific marketing questions.
- Experience working with content and design partners to develop brilliant user experiences.
- Extensive experience collaborating closely across marketing teams, organisations, and with partners to deliver best-in-class digital platforms.
