Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and optimize our essential IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains highly available, reliable, and performs efficiently.
  • Lead and participate in infrastructure initiatives from conceptualization to execution, including upgrades, migrations, and new installations.
  • Implement and oversee cloud infrastructure, particularly within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring adherence to robust security protocols.
  • Manage and enhance network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers, to guarantee secure and effective operations.
  • Act as a technical consultant to key stakeholders, simplifying complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights.
  • Maintain thorough documentation for all systems, processes, and procedures.

Ideal Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maintaining servers, storage, and virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, including deployments, migrations, and ongoing management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of security best practices, encompassing network security, endpoint protection, and identity management.
  • Solid background in network infrastructure management (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPN, VLANs).
  • Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from start to finish, delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting ideas and solutions clearly and confidently.
