Role Summary
At Ramsay Health Care UK, we recognize that our workforce is our greatest asset. As a Theatre Practitioner specializing in Scrub and Anaesthetics, you will play a vital role in our mission of providing exceptional care. Our facilities are equipped with advanced technology, including laminar airflow systems in many of our operating theatres.
You will have the opportunity to engage with the Ramsay Academy, potentially achieving qualifications such as Surgical First Assistant (SFA) or Advanced Life Support (ALS), while also exploring career development across our extensive network of independent hospitals throughout the UK. We value a proactive approach and a commitment to achieving outstanding clinical results in a supportive environment where your skills and expertise are appreciated.
Key Qualifications
- Current NMC/HCPC registration without restrictions
- Experience in surgical scrubbing
- Proficiency in Anaesthetic and Recovery procedures
- Surgical First Assistant qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently
- A flexible and positive demeanor
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
