Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Quality, and Production, to integrate production plans and ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Identify and prioritize production needs, including raw materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
  • Submit reports on production throughput and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with Management to address any issues, setbacks, or quality control concerns with the production process.
  • Support the Purchasing team in anticipating raw material demands and facilitating contract review meetings.
  • Prepare, complete, and file production paperwork in line with ISO 9001 quality procedures.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to production planning and general operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with operators to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality procedures and ability to maintain production paperwork.
