We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Manager to become a vital part of the HR division at a forward-thinking and inclusive consultancy, responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits across our global offices in Europe and Asia.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the comprehensive processes of benefits enrollment, compliance, and compensation strategy, ensuring they align with our reward objectives. You will also lead a team of two Total Rewards specialists across various regions, playing a crucial role in the success of our HR initiatives. Collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition teams will be essential to ensure our rewards remain competitive and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Analysis: Evaluate internal equity and market benchmarks to maintain competitive compensation frameworks.
  • Team Leadership: Direct Total Rewards professionals in multiple regions, addressing compensation and benefits challenges.
  • Compliance Management: Guarantee that all compensation and benefits programs adhere to applicable laws and company policies.
  • Market Insights: Assess market data to guide compensation ranges and derive insights on reward trends.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation, ensuring effective communication.
  • Benefits Management: Oversee and administer employee benefit programs, including Private Medical Insurance, Pension Plans, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally within high-growth organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of market surveys and compensation tools.
  • Experience in leading multinational teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Workday is advantageous.
