Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint potential investment avenues within the healthcare and life sciences domains.
  • Support the assessment of prospective investment opportunities through detailed financial modeling, valuation assessments, and thorough due diligence processes.
  • Draft investment memoranda, presentations, and supplementary materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate transactions and effectively manage portfolio investments.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Approximately 3+ years of M&A experience, preferably at a leading investment bank or a reputable boutique firm (Associate 1 level is ideal).
  • Relevant transaction experience in the healthcare sector is essential.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to supporting the growth of innovative healthcare enterprises.
