Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Vendor Oversight Analyst to enhance our Vendor Management Office. The ideal candidate will possess a curious mindset and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in the Financial or Technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Assurance activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures in reporting and documentation.
- Perform assessments of vendor data to identify gaps in relation to applicable regulations.
- Gain insights into third-party vendor relationships and their implications.
- Analyze vendor materials and provide clear, concise reporting.
- Propose enhancements and efficiencies to support operational delivery.
- Assist in regulatory, risk, and compliance matters, including assurance reviews.
- Prepare vendor reports and metrics as necessary.
- Maintain risk and control self-assessments.
- Coordinate responses for external assurance inquiries.
- Execute routine tasks within risk and contract management systems.
- Monitor Due Diligence risks, summarizing and updating systems accordingly.
- Support the broader team with various requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the Financial or Technology sectors; experience in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with audit, risk, and compliance processes is advantageous.
