**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Goldsmith / Diamond Setter / Jobbing Jeweller to join our team. As a key member of our workshop, you will be responsible for undertaking all elements of jewellery repairs, including ring sizing, chain repairs, stone setting, and more.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Undertake all elements of jewellery repairs, including ring sizing, chain repairs, stone setting, claw re-tipping, rhodium plating, watch strap/battery replacement, and polishing.
• Remodel customers' own jewellery to meet their unique needs.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues in the workshop and on the shop floor regarding job progress.
• Quote for bespoke repair work with confidence.
• Maintain machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

**Requirements**

• At least 3 years of experience at the bench.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence in quoting for bespoke repair work.
• Basic machine and equipment maintenance skills.
