Are you a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced veterinary hospital environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Candor Vets in North East London.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a large nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and patient welfare.
- Conduct colleague inductions, manage rotas, and provide leadership and administrative support to the hospital team.
- Work closely with senior hospital staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive working environment.
- Participate in hands-on clinical work, including patient care and treatment, while providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) qualification.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
- Competitive salary of up to £43,500 per annum.
- 6.6 weeks of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
