Job Overview
We are in search of a seasoned professional with a profound understanding of customer engagement, capable of delivering our premium service while ensuring a discreet yet noticeable security presence within a distinguished establishment.
This position is full-time, requiring night shifts and weekend day shifts on a rotating schedule, which includes two days on the weekend, followed by night shifts during the week, with subsequent days off.
We provide a competitive salary along with 25.2 days of annual leave.

Core Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience consistently.
- Proactively anticipate and address client needs to ensure their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
- Maintain a heightened security awareness at all times.
- Manage reception duties and oversee the foyer for all visitors and guests.
- Project a professional and customer-centric image by proactively greeting clients and visitors.
- Utilize communication equipment effectively, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Issue visitor passes following established protocols.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies.
- Prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
- Oversee lift operations and manage deliveries.
- Keep accurate records of any incidents that occur.
- Ensure all contractor access is pre-approved in line with risk assessments.
- Complete incident reports promptly and to a high standard.
- Manage emergency evacuations as necessary.
- Conduct patrols and inspections as directed by management.
- Assist in overseeing access arrangements for tenant fit-outs, ensuring compliance with site regulations.
- Maintain a clean and safe reception area for all visitors.
- Complete a thorough handover at the end of each shift.

- Previous experience in a customer service or security role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels.

- Clear and confident communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- A valid SIA license is preferred but not mandatory.
