We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of one of our smaller branches, working closely with a Business Manager from a larger branch to drive exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the branch team to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch sales and revenue
  • Work closely with the Business Manager to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Provide training and coaching to the branch team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience within a wholesale environment
  • Commercially managing a business unit or branch within the industrial supplies sector
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced role while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross-functional team
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus scheme
  • Contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00
