About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Ambitek Limited. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including industrial, leisure, health, education, residential, office fit-out, and conservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimates, schedules of works, and bills of quantities.
  • Handle contracts, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Manage risk and value management processes.
  • Prepare tender documentation, assess, and report on tender returns.
  • Run multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Understand and implement health and safety regulations and CDM.
  • Develop and maintain a strong reputation through business development opportunities.
  • Ensure quality and timely service delivery, acting as the primary contact to build client confidence.
  • Travel to sites within the South West and occasionally further within the UK.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • MRICS qualification.
  • Proven experience working for a professional quantity surveying (PQS) firm.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a variety of projects, both small and large scale.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
