ROLE OVERVIEW

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver education, training, and technical assistance across our diverse product lines, aimed at supporting contractors, developers, and key clients. This role is integral to driving sales growth within our customer network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct product trials on-site to secure new business opportunities and verify existing claims.
  • Provide project support and expertise across all product ranges to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintain regular contact with specified sites on a predetermined schedule.
  • Assist in resolving technical complaints related to our product offerings.
  • Support installers in adhering to technical guidelines and best practices during product installation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to demand generation strategies.
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and seminars to support retail partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records in our customer management system, logging activities and managing cases.
  • Engage in technical and sales meetings to align on objectives.
  • Present a professional image and conduct oneself appropriately at all times.
  • Achieve quarterly objectives set in collaboration with management.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of business through effective project management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create product-specific case studies.
  • Deliver training sessions on our complete product range.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to the new product development team.
  • Maintain communication with the sales team regarding demand targets and site support.
  • Conduct training sessions at educational institutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Solution-oriented mindset.
  • Persistent approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Effective communication across various organizational levels.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the industry and our product brands.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating.
  • Experience in both domestic and commercial sectors is preferred.

  • Proactive in problem-solving and providing solutions.
  • Able to cultivate relationships at multiple levels.

Industry knowledge is advantageous for this role.
