Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate best value for the business.
- Source and procure fresh produce from a variety of suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the global seasonal effects and identify alternative suppliers to secure market share.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Produce Buyer in the fresh food industry.
