We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team as a Rotational Band 5 Physiotherapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a variety of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to promote patient recovery and independence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of patients.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical guidelines and policies.
- Appropriate professional physiotherapist qualification.
- Registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Valid UK driving licence with access to a car.
- Membership of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Experience of rehabilitation in MSK, Neurology, Elderly care, and ideally Respiratory.
