About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily activities such as washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Understand and adapt communication to meet the individual needs of our residents and their families.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Registered on the NISCC Live Register.
  • Experience in care of the elderly is essential.
  • Must have experience as a care assistant.
  • Possess an NVQ 3 Health and Social Care.
  • Have a medical dispensing qualification.
