In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering cutting-edge programmes and portfolios within the rapidly evolving digital real estate sector.

You will collaborate closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to drive digital transformation across diverse projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of real estate through innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management for complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the digital real estate domain and actively contribute to bid preparation processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by contributing to product and service enhancements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Promote the adoption of digital tools and methodologies to optimize programme delivery performance and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in portfolio/programme management, with a demonstrable track record of success in complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of digital real estate portfolio/programme management principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage projects utilizing agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in procurement and contract forms specific to digital real estate projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Professional membership in relevant industry bodies is highly desirable.
