Job Title: Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Telesales Representative to join our team at Prime Secure. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing new business leads across the UK with a phone-first approach, creating and building lasting client relationships, forecasting and sharing prospects with Business Development Managers, and delivering customer excellence at all times.

About the Role
  • Initiate sales with prospective customers over the phone.
  • Engage customers and keep the conversation going by asking questions.
  • Listen to customers' needs and gather and document customer information, payment terms, and reactions to products.
  • Keep up to date on all products and inform customers of new products.
  • Answer customers' questions on products.
  • Meet sales quotas.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar Telesales position.
  • Experience in B2B Sales.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in security sales (desirable).
