We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, create, and execute impactful B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute captivating B2B & B2C email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to craft compelling email content and visually appealing templates.
  • Conduct and analyse A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, record results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct render testing across devices, email clients, and ISPs to guarantee proper display for the majority of recipients.
  • Stay abreast of trends and email marketing strategies from global leaders to gather insights on best practices and innovative ideas.
  • Administer email surveys to gather valuable customer feedback, enhancing our understanding of their preferences.
  • Coordinate integrated direct mail campaigns to complement and reinforce our email marketing initiatives.
  • Supply installer partners with white-label email assets and customised customer journeys.
  • Customise digital assets for Installer Partners, ensuring seamless brand consistency.
  • Extend marketing services to installers, offering white-label print, web design, and localised digital advertising.
  • Supervise artwork briefing and management for print advertising.
  • Generate comprehensive reports covering all marketing activities for insightful analysis and future strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to apply the most recent marketing trends to the brand's activities.
  • Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrable experience using automated email software.
