ASB Officer

Marks Consulting Partners Limited is seeking a highly skilled ASB Officer to join our team in Middlesex.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct specialist investigations and prepare high-level legal cases to fulfill statutory responsibilities and duties under civil and criminal legislation.
• Provide a proactive and reactive response to all aspects of nuisance and Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), promoting social responsibility and community cohesion.
• Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of ASB issues and promote community engagement.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of enforcement measures available to tackle ASB and Hate Crime.
• Thorough understanding of relevant legislation relating to ASB and Hate Crime.
• Practical experience of handling high-priority ASB and Hate Crime cases.
