Claims Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to join our Motor Claims team at Davies Group Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage a caseload of motor claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain accurate data on relevant case management systems.
- Comply with set client SLAs and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
- Allocate new claims and set strategies for resolution.
- Carry out supervisory tasks as required.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior team members.
- Attend client review meetings and assist with client project work.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Minimum 5 years of claims handling experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage own workload.
- Supervisory experience is desirable.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Strong client relationship skills.
