Job Title: Retail Asset Manager

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Retail Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Asset Manager and assisting with property management, rental growth, and group company profit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase rents and minimize landlord outgoings.
  • Perform rent reviews and lease renewals, and support refurbishments, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to promote our services and assist with the provision of marketing material.
  • Assist and influence the progress of existing development sites to expand the portfolio.
  • Discover opportunities to increase rental income and capital values across the portfolio.
  • Liaise with the head office operations team to assist in financial reporting and analysis of asset performance.
  • Develop successful working relationships with key stakeholders, notably the Client, to ensure a productive and effective working partnership.

Requirements:

  • Graduate level up to qualified.
  • Preferably multi-sector knowledge.
  • Knowledge of L&T Act required.
  • An appreciation of the development and planning process.
  • Ability to review, dissect, and consider financial appraisals and legal documents.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly skilled in math and finance.

Qualifications:

  • MRICS qualified or Graduate Surveyor level. Industry relevant qualifications are valuable but not essential.
  • Proficient user of the entire Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Possess a full UK driving licence.
  • Experience using a property management software is desirable i.e. Yardi
