Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at our Delivery Kitchen in Whitechapel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and leading a team of culinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage inventory and ordering, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- A competitive salary of £32,000 per year, paid monthly.
- A full-time role with a 45-hour workweek, spread across four days, with flexible scheduling.
