Job Title: Academy Site Manager

Are you an experienced site manager looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled site manager to join our team on a social housing refurbishment project in Birmingham.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced site manager to oversee the refurbishment and thermal upgrade of a 12-storey tower block. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale refurbishment projects and will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the refurbishment and thermal upgrade of a 12-storey tower block, including external works, window replacements, insulation installation, and internal refurbishment of shared spaces, lifts, stairwells, and flats.
  • Implement new heating and ventilation systems to enhance the living conditions of the residents.
Requirements:
  • CSCS Gold Supervisor card or Black CSCS card.
  • Valid First Aid and SMSTS certifications.
What We Offer:
  • A weekly paid role through an umbrella company, with CIS/UTR payments and a 20% deduction rate.
  • An hourly rate of £32 based on a 45-hour workweek, equating to a daily rate of £288.
  • A Monday to Friday work schedule.
  • A fast-paced and dynamic work environment while contributing to a high-profile project.
