Multiple Openings for Swimming Coaches

This is a permanent role with established working hours. We are seeking dedicated swim instructors to lead sessions from Monday to Friday, 4 pm to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (including potential school cover during the day).

Do you possess an STA Award or Certificate, or a Swim England Level 2 Qualification in Teaching Swimming, along with experience in instructing a diverse clientele? Are you passionate about teaching swimming?

As an Aquatic Instructor, you will effectively manage sessions, utilizing your knowledge of teaching methodologies and your enthusiasm for helping students achieve their full potential. Flexibility in your teaching approach and working hours is essential to meet the needs of our organization.

• You will be responsible for developing lesson plans and a detailed curriculum that aligns with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme. Conducting sessions according to the scheduled timetable and ensuring classes start and end punctually.
• You will have the innate ability to foster and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring they feel comfortable, with a proactive attitude; no task is too challenging for you.
• You will adhere to the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct consistently, ensuring that any child safeguarding concerns are reported promptly and appropriately, in line with Fusion's Safeguarding policy.
• You will guarantee that all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, meeting the required standards and guidelines.
• You will be committed to continuously seeking improvements in our swim lesson program and enhancing our service to swimmers and clients.
