Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at William H Brown in Sheffield.

About the Role

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Estate agency experience, such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
