Job Overview
We are seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Support Workers. In this role, you will provide essential support to vulnerable adults in the Uckfield area and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities, including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and well-being.
- Assist with medication administration and the use of mobility aids as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
