Construction Sales Representative

MULTI-NATIONAL MARKET LEADER 40k (basic/commission)
This division is part of Europe's largest provider of business information. It has been trading since the holding company employs over 4000 staff and has an excellent reputation for training and developing its people. The average tenure at the company is nine years.
The role initially involves appointment making for senior field sales staff. This will involve tele-sales and team calls. At the beginning, it is a high-volume sales role that requires individuals with resilience for sales. The role will gradually change as your knowledge and skill set improves.
The company has a great training program and will consider any individual with superior communication skills and a good work ethic. Successful candidates usually come from one of three areas:
- 12 months experience in a tele-sales environment.
- Knowledge of the construction industry.
- Relevant degree (or equivalent qualification) in a Business, Marketing, or Communication type discipline.
Essential
A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in either monetary or a career sense. A confident individual with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A fit with a fast-paced modern office environment with an emphasis on teamwork.
