We're looking for experienced Customer Field Engineers to join our team and help us deliver legendary service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for completing installations, connecting customers to our full fibre network, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and we're committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with 'on the day' issues that would otherwise prevent successful completion of first-time installations
  • Complete complex or non-standard installations from site survey through to successful conclusion for both residential and business customers
  • Resolve service incidents / escalations to a successful outcome in a professional and timely manner
  • Participate in an on-call rota to provide industry leading emergency response for network or customer issues

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of fibre
  • Confidence working at heights such as ladders and climbing poles
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • NRSWA O1 qualification
  • Openreach PIA S007 Sub-Duct and Cable Installation qualification
  • SA001 Overhead Safety and SA002 Underground Safety or SA006 Safe Working in Civils qualification
