Learning Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Practitioner to join our team at an outstanding school in Huddersfield. As a Learning Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with complex needs.
About the Role:- Deliver interventions to individuals and small groups of children to support their learning and development.
- Work closely with teachers to provide support and guidance to children with a range of needs.
- Provide personal and intimate care to students where necessary.
- Develop a friendly and trusting relationship with students to promote positive behaviour and discipline.
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or be willing to apply for one.
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one.
- Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children.
- Minimum of three months UK residency.
