Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Negotiator/Assistant Manager to join our high-performing team in St Albans. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss their property needs and preferences
  • Assess buyers' and sellers' particular needs and develop effective negotiation strategies
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Respond to queries via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in estate agency, with local knowledge preferred
  • Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
