Field Service Electrical Engineer - Facilities Management Provider - Mobile Role (London & M25) - Competitive Salary

We are thrilled to present an opportunity to join a family-owned Facilities Management provider operating in the London & M25 area.

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee approximately 10-15 commercial properties across the region.

The ideal candidate will possess an electrical bias (C&G / NVQ) and demonstrate a solid history in the maintenance of commercial buildings.

This is a mobile role requiring the engineer to visit various sites, performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on high-end residential estates and commercial office environments.

  • Conduct weekly fire alarm tests and maintain logs
  • Perform L8 water hygiene monitoring
  • Service fan coil units
  • Provide servicing for HIU/CIU (training will be provided)
  • Conduct monthly car park smoke ventilation tests and maintain logs
  • Supervise subcontractors
  • Be available for on-call duty, on a rota basis
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
Qualifications Required:

- City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering
- Proven experience in commercial building maintenance
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial maintenance
- Multi-skilled capabilities
