Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our branch as a Regional Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the financial and non-financial performance of your branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and gross profit targets while improving customer loyalty.
- Protect and grow the brand awareness of our company in the marketplace.
- Manage and coach sales teams to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our products and services meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully implementing sales strategies that grow sales and gross profit performance.
- Experience dealing with a broad cross-section of customer types, including trade, retail, house builders, contractors, and local authorities.
- Knowledge of using Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
