Asbestos Consultant Opportunity

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Asbestos Analyst / Surveyor seeking a challenging and rewarding role? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality work that makes a real difference?

We are currently expanding our team of experts and are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting comprehensive asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling across a variety of property types.
  • Performing various air monitoring techniques including smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
  • Overseeing asbestos removal projects to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
  • Preparing detailed and accurate reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Possession of British Occupational Hygiene Society modules P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
  • Higher level qualifications such as an HND or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Eligibility for security clearance and criminal background checks due to the nature of some projects.
  • Willingness to travel both locally, regionally, and internationally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
