We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Team Leader to join our team at The Woodman, a delightful pub in the picturesque village of Woodmansterne, Surrey. As a Front of House Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coach the team to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of quality
  • Work closely with the management team to create and deliver a vision for the front of house area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in the absence of management
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
