Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the bespoke provision within the academy, working closely with senior leaders and other pastoral staff to manage the provision and provide personalized support for individual students and groups.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students, ensuring their needs are met and they have access to the support they require.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to supporting vulnerable students.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the bespoke provision, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring that students receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
