RGIS Inventory Specialists

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Inventory Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting stock-takes throughout the UK, working with high street retailers and leading supermarkets such as Sainsbury's, Tesco, Morrison's, Asda, and Waitrose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stock-takes in various locations, including retail stores and warehouses
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve inventory goals
  • Use manual counting methods and technology to accurately count stock
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any inventory discrepancies
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
Requirements:
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights
  • Flexibility to work on Sundays, which are our busiest days
  • Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and count stock safely at different heights
  • Full UK driving license
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to earn up to £14.25 per hour, comprising a starting rate of £11.95-12.25 per hour, plus travel allowance and a performance-based bonus
