Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and train weekly junior and adult groups, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and a high-quality coaching experience.
- Utilize our court booking system to manage bookings and optimize court usage.
- Provide coaching services to members, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement coaching programs that meet the needs of our members.
Requirements:
- L1 / L2 Pickleball Coaching Qualification or equivalent is essential.
- Passion for health and fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Enthusiastic and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a premium customer service environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
