We are seeking a highly skilled Bar Manager to join our team at ETM Group London. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day bar operations, driving sales, and creating a fantastic atmosphere for our guests.

The Role

A successful Bar Manager will have a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations, as well as excellent staff management, motivation, and training skills. You will be responsible for managing stock, writing rotas, and ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained.

About You

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role minimum
  • Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and regulations
  • Amazing staff management, motivation, and training skills
  • Good knowledge of stock management and rota writing
  • Last but not least, a love of sport definitely helps
