Key Responsibilities
As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the team responsible for the submission and oversight of all warranty claims.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing warranty and retail invoices.
- Collaborating with the Service team and managing work in progress.
- Communicating with manufacturers to address submission issues and corrections.
- Following established processes to ensure successful warranty claims.
- Reconciling paid claims and maintaining accurate warranty records.
- Staying informed about the latest warranty bulletins and advising technicians and relevant colleagues accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance of all job cards with standards and warranty bulletins.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
