About the Role

Holly Bank is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to individuals with profound and complex disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the nursing needs of individuals and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Provide day-to-day management and operational control of the service, working closely with the Registered Manager.
  • Support individuals to maintain independence and improve their quality of life, promoting a holistic approach to care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to enhance and develop the service, providing a positive and supportive environment for individuals and colleagues alike.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of electronic documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Foster positive relationships with other professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.

Requirements

  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Experience working with adults and young people with PMLD and complex needs.
  • A good understanding of the principles of care and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
