Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Meadow View Residential Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support residents with leisure and social activities, promoting their engagement and participation.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements
