Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work within a supportive educational environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in addressing the diverse needs of students with special educational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Create and manage personalized education plans (IEPs), establishing clear learning goals and monitoring student progress.
  • Employ a variety of teaching methods, resources, and assistive technologies to foster student involvement and enthusiasm.
  • Conduct regular assessments of student performance, offering constructive feedback and collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic educational approach.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Current child workforce only DBS registered on the Update Service
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience in special educational needs

All salary rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
