Be Caring Care Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Beeston, Holbeck, or Cottingley. As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to meet their outcomes, promote independence, and connect them to their communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care that protects individuals' dignity and promotes their well-being.
  • Support individuals to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals as needed.
  • Promote independence using enabling approaches and deliver personalized care through individual choice and control.
  • Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time.
  • Connect individuals to their communities, accessing local support and services.
Induction Training:

We will provide you with comprehensive induction training on Be Caring values, dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity. You will also learn about confidentiality and professional boundaries, fluids and nutrition, safe administration of medication, moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores.
